The Author

After years of galivanting around the world, Katherine took the opportunity to settle down and became the co-owner/chief cook and bottle-washer, for Rendezvous Dive Adventures—a full-service scuba diving lodge on the remote west coast of Vancouver Island. In the twenty years since, she’s perfected her soups, baked goods and a variety of dishes to reflect an international palate adapted to her guest’s tastes. Simple dishes that turn out right whether she’s rushed for time, swapping ingredients, or halving, doubling or even tripling a recipe.
